Cancer be Glammed!

Recover in style…

The two ladies who started this site/ resource were featured on KDKA TV’s   Pittsburgh Today Live  and their venture is too good to not pass along.
Lisa Lurie and Ellen Weiss Kander are both survivors and through their experiences, came up with must-have items and ideas for other women to remain informed, stylish and comfortable in cancer treatment/recovery.

Services Cancer Be Glammed features:

  • Post-operative necessities
  • Fashion items (like mastectomy swimwear, lymphedema items, and various bras)
  • Chemo-flage (nice!)
  • Pampering products
  • Gifts
  • Lifestyle Savers ( including sun protective products, books, totes and yoga wear)
  • Blog

I consider myself blessed to say that presently, I do not know anyone that needs this resource but there are plenty of people out there who would enjoy this site and what they have to offer in the way of inspiration and products, so be sure to check it out!

  1. Thanks so much for sharing the good word about Cancer Be Glammed!
I have the privilege of working with the founders and believe the site will be a fantastic resource for women – and those that love them, survive cancer in comfort and style.

  2. Thank you so much for spreading the word about Cancer Be Glammed! The response has been great thanks to people like you. We know how important it is to hang onto your “sense of self,” through surgery, treatment and recovery, and we appreciate your sharing our website, http://www.cancerbeglammed.com with other women facing the same challenges.
    Many thanks,
